Selamat kami ucapkan atas terpilihnya Saudara/i sebagai penerima Beasiswa BCA Finance 2010, dan selamat bergabung di Keluarga Besar Beasiswa BCA Finance! Anda adalah Penerima Beasiswa BCA Finance Angkatan II. Kami berharap agar beasiswa ini dapat dipergunakan sebaik mungkin untuk menunjang kelancaran proses pendidikan Saudara/i.
BCA Finance adalah Anak Perusahaan PT Bank Central Asia, Tbk yang berfokus di sektor pembiayaan mobil. Saat ini Jaringan pemasaran kami sudah relatif luas, kami telah memiliki 36 jaringan usaha yang sudah tersebar di 32 kota besar dan 20 propinsi di seluruh Indonesia. Prestasi kami tahun ini adalah mendapatkan Automotive Finance of The Year 2010 Dari Frost & Sullivan, dan Multifinance Terbaik dalam Infobank Award 2010 dan Investor Award 2010.
Berikut ini kami akan menjelaskan beberapa hal terkait terpilihnya saudara/i sebagai penerima Beasiswa BCA Finance 2010. Mohon dibaca dengan baik.
1. Meet and Greet
Akan dilaksanakan acara “Meet and Greet” di Jakarta bagi 10 penerima beasiswa terpilih. Peserta Meet and Greet akan diundang ke Kantor Pusat BCA Finance di Jakarta untuk mengikuti rangkaian kegiatan antara lain konferensi pers, jumpa dengan Dewan Direksi BCA Finance, serta tour de office. Peserta akan menginap satu malam di Jakarta dengan biaya transportasi dan akomodasi ditanggung oleh BCA Finance.
Acara Meet and Greet akan dilaksanakan pada bulan Desember 2010 (tanggal akan diumumkan kemudian). Akan dilakukan kompetisi melalui penulisan essay untuk memilih 10 penerima beasiswa yang akan mengikuti acara “Meet & Great”.
Topik Essay : Manfaat Beasiswa BCA Finance 2010 kini dan mendatang.
Format A4 Margin 3-3-3-3, Times New Roman 12, Spasi 1.5 minimal 500 kata.
Pengumpulan essay paling lambat tanggal 12 November 2010. Essay dikirim hanya melalui email ke corporate_planning@bcafinance.co.id dan di-cc-kan ke novans.sahputra@gmail.com.
Seluruh penerima beasiswa wajib mengirimkan tulisannya.
Pemenang akan diumumkan pada tanggal 19 November 2010 melalui website www.bcafinance.co.id
2. Ketentuan Beasiswa BCA Finance 2010
Mekanisme Pemberian Beasiswa
a. Beasiswa diberikan mulai semester berjalan hingga semester 8.
Jika saudara saat ini semester 3, maka akan diberikan beasiswa sebanyak 6 semester. Jika semester 5, beasiswa sebanyak 4 semester, dan jika semester 7 maka beasiswa yang akan diberikan sebanyak 2 semester.
b. Setiap semesternya, beasiswa diberikan dalam dua bentuk. Pertama adalah SPP dan kedua adalah uang saku.
c. Beasiswa SPP akan diberikan maksimum Rp 1.000.000,- (satu juta rupiah) dan Beasiswa Uang Saku akan diberikan sebesar Rp 1.000.000,- (satu juta rupiah).
Sebagai Contoh :
Jika SPP saudara adalah Rp 900.000,- maka akan ditransfer ke rekening kampus sebesar Rp 900.000,- tetapi jika SPP saudara adalah Rp 1.100.000,- yang akan ditransfer ke rekening kampus adalah Rp 1.000.000,-
d. Untuk keperluan transfer beasiswa uang saku, kami meminta saudara/i untuk membuka rekening di Bank Central Asia (BCA) atas nama saudara sendiri dan kemudian memberitahukan (1) No Rekening, (2) Atas Nama dan (3) Cabang BCA kepada Corporate Planning BCA Finance.
e. Selanjutnya BCA Finance akan mengirimkan
i. Dua berkas Perjanjian Kerjasama (PKS) pemberian Beasiswa BCA Finance 2010 yang harus ditanda tangani saudara diatas materai Rp 6.000,-. Satu berkas kemudian harap dikirimkan kembali ke BCA Finance.
ii. Form A (Kwitansi Resmi yang dikeluarkan BCA Finance, yang harus diisi oleh pihak kampus untuk pembayaran SPP), dan
iii. Form B (Kwitansi resmi yang dikeluarkan BCA Finance yang harus diisi saudara/i untuk mendapatkan beasiswa uang saku).
Jumlah Form A dan Form B adalah sebanyak semester saudara/i menerima beasiswa.
iv. 1 lembar Form Khusus untuk keperluan transfer beasiswa semester ini (Semester Gasal 2010/2011)
BCA Finance akan mengirimkan berkas dokumen diatas sebelum tanggal 9 November ke alamat saudara/i melalui kurir/pos tercatat.
Proses transfer beasiswa hanya bisa dilakukan setelah semua berkas diatas telah ditandatangani dan diterima kembali oleh BCA Finance.
f. Syarat untuk mendapatkan transfer beasiswa SPP adalah :
i. Slip Pembayaran SPP semester yang bersangkutan yang dikeluarkan oleh kampus (dikirimkan setiap awal semester).
ii. Form A yang telah diisi oleh bagian administrasi kampus, distempel dan ditandatangani diatas materai Rp 6.000,- oleh pihak berwenang di kampus (dikirim seluruhnya di awal beasiswa seperti yang tercantum pada point e diatas).
iii. Setelah semua persyaratan dilengkapi, BCA Finance akan mentransfer dana beasiswa untuk SPP ke rekening kampus.
g. Syarat untuk mendapatkan beasiswa uang saku adalah :
i. Transkrip asli tiap semesternya yang distempel dan ditandatangani oleh pihak berwenang di kampus saudara (dikirimkan setiap awal semester).
ii. Form B yang sudah ditandatangani oleh saudara diatas materai Rp 6.000,- (dikirim seluruhnya di awal beasiswa seperti yang tercantum pada point e diatas).
iii. Setelah semua persyaratan dilengkapi, BCA Finance akan mentransfer dana beasiswa untuk uang saku ke rekening saudara/i
h. Khusus untuk Transfer Beasiswa Semester Gasal 2010/2011 ini, kami akan mentransfer uang saku dan mengganti SPP yang sudah saudara bayarkan di semester gasal ini dengan persyaratan sbb ;
i. Saudara mengirimkan bukti asli pembayaran SPP yang sudah saudara lakukan untuk Semester Gasal 2010/2011
ii. Saudara mengisi Form Khusus dan menandatanganinya diatas materai Rp. 6000,-
iii. Kami akan mentransfer uang saku dan uang SPP semester ini sekaligus ke rekening Saudara. Mohon uang yang sudah ditransferkan ini dapat dipergunakan sebagai saldo awal untuk membuka rekening di Bank Central Asia bagi yang belum memiliki rekening BCA.
3. Beasiswa akan segera diakhiri, apabila:
a. Penerima beasiswa terbukti mengajukan atau menerima beasiswa dari pihak lain.
b. Penerima beasiswa tidak dapat memenuhi kewajiban-kewajibannya atau gagal untuk mencapai prestasi akademis yang dipersyaratkan yaitu IPK minimal 3.00; atau
c. Penerima Beasiswa terbukti telah memalsukan informasi yang dimuat dalam formulir beasiswa atau dalam dokumen yang terlampir; atau
d. Penerima Beasiswa terbukti pernah terlibat atau terlibat dalam kegiatan ilegal, misalnya penyalahgunaan dan pengedaran obat-obatan terlarang atau bentuk kegiatan kriminal lainnya; atau dalam kasus pidana; atau
e. Penerima Beasiswa terpaksa mengundurkan diri atau tidak dapat melanjutkan pendidikannya karena sakit atau alasan lainnya; atau telah dikeluarkan dari program studi / universitas dengan alasan apapun; atau
f. Penerima Beasiswa sudah menyelesaikan semester 8; atau
g. Penerima beasiswa sudah tidak lagi terdaftar sebagai mahasiswa dikarenakan pihak universitas sudah menerbitkan transkrip yang menunjukkan bahwa penerima beasiswa telah menyelesaikan pendidikannya (lulus).
h. BCA Finance tidak berkewajiban untuk memberikan bantuan pendanaan lebih lanjut jika Penerima beasiswa tidak dapat menyelesaikan pendidikannya dalam kurun waktu yang telah ditetapkan.

Shipyard layout can be divided into : a. Prior to Word War II

SHIPYARD CLASSIFICATION
1.Prior to Word War II
Shop facilities : a. Steel
b. Pipe

Outfitting (Installation of power plant and auxiliary machinery) was accomplished for the most part after launch.\
Riveting was the major process employed for joining steel plates and parts
First generation shipyard were characterized by :

2.Word War II – 1960
Were characterized by :
a.adoption of pre-fabrication or weldment
b.high-technology steel cutting and welding
section of the ship were built in shops and transported to the shipways where there are erected.
Works area were defined but with some flexibility and more complex scheduling and planning were required.
Crane capacity was increased to accommodate the movement of larger weldments.
The ship way become assembly area
Accurate gas cutting and high capacity welding method were developed “fabrication shops increased signifinantly”
3.1960 – Present
Influenced by specialized ship type, larger ships, etc
Work station were clearly defined and fixed
Scheduling and planning → work station
When launching : 65% complete
